Our Story Timeline
Although we had futile run ins whilst working in the same building in Cardiff during our uni days. We officially met many years later in 2023 after a night out in Cardiff McDonald’s whilst waiting in line to get much needed food. Before heading back to London something told me that the next day I should get a coffee with John in Cardiff - excellent decision on both our parts hehee
We decided to travel the south coast of Iceland for Johns birthday, in hopes of seeing the northern lights, which couldn't be seen due to the smoke of the volcano but we did see an erupting volcano which was cool, so a win some may say.
Culture shock for John, he dipped his toes into skiing in Maribel, was humbled pretty quickly and think he secretly hated it, but still persisted to learn so we could share a love for a hobby.
Went to Venice post finishing Unayyyy, we ate our way through the city, got chucked out of one of the exhibitons in the Bienelle festival and made some Ialtians panic and call the life guards for us in the sea. So definitely a memorable one.
We did long distance for a yearish - but we eventually decided to merge houses and pets. John and Bash (turtle) MOVED TO LONDON!! Bash became obsessed with his new furry siblings very quickly.
If you hadn't noticed already there was a big desire for John to learn skiing - as I'm obsessed with it. So we attempted skiiing in Scotland as we had to take Reg with us. Despite only having 2 good days of skiing can safely say John officialy loves skiing after this holiday!! YAAAAY bring on future skiing plans heheheee
After Reggie was a single bunny for a few months, we decided it was time to adopt. The adoption process was a long but we ended up with the cutest Teddy Widder called Lola - and we have confirmation she was named after bugs bunnies girlfriend.
We went to Malta and John got to meet all the familyyyyyy, which was lovely - and I also was able to take him to my favourite parts of the Island.

We got engaged mid way through a ski trip - which was perfect and of course Reggie inserted himself right in the middle of the proposal!
